I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Nthabiseng Ramono 100percent for your amazing customer service. You made my day better in a matter off one minute. I wish everyone can deal with this Amazing Human. King price you should be so proud of having this beautiful soul on your team. I was going to move my insurance to a different company but Nthabiseng made sure I’m still happy and staying with King Price. Disappointing and unacceptable
I order and paid for a Hisense fridge on 1 December when it arrived on 7th December it had dents on the outside the inside dirty, I then asked to have it returned for a new one which I was told would only arrive 21 December, Now you tell me what I have to do with my meat, it took days before takealot called me back so in this time I had to go buy a fridge at game. I asked for a refund back to my credit card on the 20 December takelot comes to delivery a fridge knowing I had gone out to buy a new one as i could not wait on them. I have been on the phone for more then three hours waiting for someone to answer i have sent email after email to get a refund with no joy. I have been to the pick up station in stellenbosch and plumstead to see if anyone can help me get my money back but im just being told to call the number that keeps me waiting over a hour everytime with no one answering. Takealot I would like my money back please if anyone can please call me and help with my credit card being refunded. This unacceptable and disappointing to be running after you people to get my money back ill be taking this to facebook and all other platforms one works hard for your money to be running after it when your product is default
