Aucor Port Elizabeth has not paid my deposit . I've been told that refunds take between 7 to 10 working days however I still haven't recieved it . Everytime I call it's excuses upon excuses . I will be expressing my experience from aucor over all my social media platforms over the next few days
I've requested a refund for my deposit a long time ago, yet it hasn't been paid . Everytime I call there's excuses such as "technical difficulties in the finance department " or " the person in charge of refunds is busy " . It's excuses after excuses . My documents are all up to date everytime I call which isn't the problem. I am now considering legal action in the new year as there is no way else forward.
