Disgusted by MTN's service delivery. My husband and I decided to upgrade our contract. All was approved and ready for delivery. When DSV came to deliver the phones unfortunately they could not pick up his finger prints due to the nature of his work. This happened on the 25th of August 2023. DSV took the phones and said MTN need to do a manual authorization which we understand. Up until today we still don't have our phones. We've phoned MTN and DSV multiple and no one can give us answers. I've complained on MTNs Facebook page and then we get messenger messages to which is absolutely horrible as they talk in circles and nothing came from it. This from loyal contact customers for the past 10years that's never missed one payment. We are at a point where we want to cancel all and tell everyone we know not to support MTN
