I purchased Finish Quantum Lemon 70s dishwasher tablets, and the product is consistently not dissolving properly during normal dishwasher cycles. This results in dishes not being cleaned and requiring repeated washes, causing unnecessary water and electricity usage. I contacted Reckitt Consumer Relations and provided all requested product information, including images and batch number. Despite this, I was advised that: Reckitt does not have a refund policy A 20–25 business day internal investigation is required before any resolution can be considered I have clearly stated that the product is not fit for purpose and that I am requesting a refund, not a replacement. Under the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa), a consumer is entitled to a remedy where goods are not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose. I have also already comp**** with reasonable requests for product information. At this stage, I am seeking a direct resolution without further delay.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. My food arrived 2 hours late at 11 pm at night. My children did not get to eat as they fell asleep. The contents of my meal had all spilled out and everything was soggy, ripped and covered in food. We could not salvage much. The food was ice cold and awefull. Customer service was contacted and all i get was sorry, these things happen.
