Storm Is The Best!!!
This is a late review, but I felt compelled to write it. A few years ago, I met someone who became a very close personal friend; he happened to be the first professional jewellery designer I have ever met fast forward a few years later, my fiancée and I are desperately looking for rings but nothing seems to fit or look quite right. I remembered that my dear friend worked at Poggenpoel and shared with him all the trouble we were having. He asked me to look for a ring on the website that looked similar to what we wanted and he would make any changes we wanted until it was perfect. He handed me over to a lovely lady called Storm and said she would be our point of contact from now on. Storm was amazing from day one, it felt like she cared. We had so many revisions, changing the band thickness, use real diamonds for the band, wait use lab-grown, the ring looks off let's change this let's change that. She was patient through it all, she just wanted us to be happy with the ring in the end. When we settled on the final look and feel, we felt the stone was too small and asked her to help us find a bigger stone in our budget which she did and the ring turned out perfect. I just want to say a big thank you to our designer, Storm and Poggenpoel. We will be back for the wedding bands.

I was a bit worried because I had never used the website before and well you know. But the service was really good and the package arrived safely. The packaging could have been more secure as it was a replacement phone screen.
