Terrible Service from 4UKvisas

Extremely ignorant owner , Brian. Refused to assist with a mistake he overlooked, and we paid him R3800 to shuffle some paper around and then not notice our kids passports had expired. British’s embassy provided the visas too. Get to the airport and only then it’s picked up and we couldn’t board our flight to London. I do take some responsibility that I should have also checked, but then explain to me , what did I paid that amount of money for ? I uploaded all the documents myself as per his request for them to check and verify, and he booked an appointment on the TLS Website. Absolutely overpriced con-artist in my opinion. So very disappointed. Also great having the phone put down on me while I was in need of help. Shame on you Brian. Also I’m still waiting for my refund!
