Good Quality Service
My family and I had an amazing experience working with Brian and no number of words can amount to our gratitude to him. We've heard that getting a Visa to the US is one of the hardest things to do, but Brian and his team made the whole process easier for us. Brian was also dedicated to checking for the best interview date for us and helped me get an interview for my f-1 visa just in time and on such short notice. Paying for his services was worth it for the smoothest experience and I'm thankful for all his help. I'm definitely going to refer anyone in need of a visa to Brian for excellent quality service.

UK Visa
These People are absolute cons. I drove 800km (round-trip) after paying R5,000.00 for my UK Visa application for nothing. I first paid and discussed everything with Brian Kruger Via email and then submitted all the info to him electronically. When i went to collect my docs as per my appointment, i didnt even get to see him or discuss anything with him. He then submitted falsified information without my consent, and that was the exact reason that my Visa was rejected. i wouldnt recommend this sh*t-house of ****s to ANYBODY.

Waste of Money
Our agent was super arrogant and unhelpful, he claims to have a 100% success rate with Schengen Visas which was not true. Had success completing the application myself - he is not the expert he claims he is. You are better off doing the application yourself and saving R1500. Waste of money and caused unneccessary stress - he also tried to score an extra R680 on an invoice which I needed to query to have removed.

Waste of Money
Our agent was super arrogant and unhelpful, he claims to have a 100% success rate with Schengen Visas which was not true. If there is less than one star I would happily give minus, this people 4uk visa are day light *******.😢 after you pay them the fees they treat you like **** plus hidden cost you only know after you pay the actual fees. It's a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The attitude you get specially from Brian and his wife it makes you feel sorry that you turned your face to anyone of the 4UK Visas offices, they have connection with the embassies telling them if your application is true or not even if you **** about small thing, just to get points by the embassies. Do Not ever go there

Charlie Kruger- Rude, smug and completely unprofessional
I sent Charlie Kruger at the Pretoria branch, a Whatsapp 3 months ago looking for a new visa person to help with my client's visas going forward... A very nice message hoping to start a nice professional relationship together. Noooo reply. I even followed up, with no reply... 3 months later she sends a message to advise about her number changing. I told her that since she never bothered to reply to me I would never contact her again, to which she rep**** with a thumbs up. Wow professional right? I said, "Great service you have there" to which she rep**** with "Thank you" and a nice big smiley face. Rude, Smug and unprofessional only sc****s the bottom of that barrel... Needless to say, I will never use her again, nor refer her... In fact, i'll make sure to warn my clients away from her, since thats how she sees fit to act as a visa professional. People would be better off without that sort of attitude.

Terrible Service from 4UKvisas
Extremely ignorant owner , Brian. Refused to assist with a mistake he overlooked, and we paid him R3800 to shuffle some paper around and then not notice our kids passports had expired. British’s embassy provided the visas too. Get to the airport and only then it’s picked up and we couldn’t board our flight to London. I do take some responsibility that I should have also checked, but then explain to me , what did I paid that amount of money for ? I uploaded all the documents myself as per his request for them to check and verify, and he booked an appointment on the TLS Website. Absolutely overpriced con-artist in my opinion. So very disappointed. Also great having the phone put down on me while I was in need of help. Shame on you Brian. Also I’m still waiting for my refund!

STRESS-FREE
People are quick to give negative reviews, but where is all the thousands of positives?? Let me share mine... My son and I applied for a Returning Resident visas. Apparently, this is a very difficult visa to get and it requires a lot of documentation and preparation. Mr Brian Kruger at 4ukvisas, helped me step by step. We had one outstanding letter that we waited for before we could go for our biometrics. We had a delay on receiving this letter and I was so stressed and worried on the evening of the 5th of November. Our biometrics appointment was booked for the 6th. 19.30 on the evening of the 5th, Brian phoned me from his house and submitted everything for me. The next morning, I went to his office where his receptionist have me a file with all of my documents. I didn't need to do anything. I picked up the file, went to the visa office and handed it in like that! We were in and out in less then an hour. I would recommend them for sure! They took all my worry and stress away and walked along side me with every single question.

STRESS-FREE
