I took in my Wife's Kuga yesterday for a 160-point check and analysis and never ever in my life, have i experienced such great service at any motor dealership in South Africa....Well done 24-Ermelo...i'll definitely be back soon!!!
I app**** for my UK Visa through TLS over 6 months ago and received a rejection letter on 17-05-2024. Since then, i still havent been notified that my passport is ready for collection and the only emails addresses that i can access are all no-reply emails. I've also called them and nobody seems to be interested in assisting me.....worst service i've ever encountered!
I booked and paid for rugby tickets in March, for the SA vs Argentina Game in September, but i am unable to access the link to print them. I have sent countless emails and whatsapps to computicket for assistance, with absolutely zero response. After numerous phone calls also, nobody has even tried to assist me...absolutely shocking service. I live in Swaziland and we do not have any computicket offices here and their outlets (shoprite etc) are'nt able to assist me. Ive never ever encountered such bad service from computicket before
Unfortunely there isnt a minus rating on here Took my Boat to them to sell, they advertised it for an insanely higher price than we had agreed on and falsely advertised that it had extras/features that it didnt. When it didnt sell for obvious reasons, i then asked them to repair the Trim n' tilt switch and let me know when it was ready for collection. Upon receiving collection notice i drove there (400km), only to find that the boat wasnt ready, the trailer lights were not connected (which they were when i took it there) and both my covers (hull & Motor) were missing. They charged me R2,500.00 for the trim n' tilt (which still didnt work) and i subsequently had the switch replaced with a good 2nd hand unit for R800.00 (inclusive of labour). Luke's attitude stank to high-heaven and he acted like he was the king of the world. I would not recommend Katay to anybody as they are absofrikkinlutely USELESS.
These People are absolute cons. I drove 800km (round-trip) after paying R5,000.00 for my UK Visa application for nothing. I first paid and discussed everything with Brian Kruger Via email and then submitted all the info to him electronically. When i went to collect my docs as per my appointment, i didnt even get to see him or discuss anything with him. He then submitted falsified information without my consent, and that was the exact reason that my Visa was rejected. i wouldnt recommend this sh*t-house of ****s to ANYBODY.
