Love them so much. The quality is always so good and they so quick! I even forgot to do my order within 6 months and they still did it for me after. I’ll keep ordering!
Dr Gita Makan is simply amazing. From day one she was sooo crating and understanding and informative. She helped me through my thyroid storm. Helped sort out my meds and has honestly gona above and beyond for me. She refuses my script over email and checks my bloods every few months at no additional cost. She even helps me fill out my disability cover docs to claim for when I can’t work. When I go visit her she spends a lot of time finding out about how I am not just physically but mentally and helps with my weight. I honestly could not recommend her more. She’s such a kind caring soul. I love her! I have only great things to say about her!
After a terrible experience at Snoozy Baby, I messaged Comfy Mummy and the owner Claire called me right away and walked me through each option and material sample and just made the whole experience soooo amazing!! After that, she even gave me a discount! I was finished with my order and paid within 15 min! Can't wait to receive my rocking chair for my baby's nursery soon!!
Snoozy Baby or Baby Nursery as it says on the website. I was very surprised at what a terrible experience I had with Sarah, the owner of Snoozy Baby and other sites for Baby goods, as all the reviews on the website were amazing. Stupid me, I didn't check elsewhere. First tried to order a rocking chair for my baby's nursery on the website which would not work so I was forced to WhatsApp for my order, I sent it late at night(Monday) so I thought the next day I would get a reply-NOPE. The next day came (Wednesday) I send a message again to see if they had got my message... NO REPLY... I send a message 6 hours later saying 'Hellooo?' I then got a voice note saying she was moving houses and that she would get back to me the next day (Thursday). The next day I waited for a message and nothing... So I messaged again asking how to get started. She send me a booking form which I completed and sent through, with once again no reply. I had to message AGAIN the next day (Friday) telling her that I'd please let to finalise my order! She said they were still setting up the office but she would send the invoice, which she did... the next day. I paid the deposit. On the Tuesday of the next week, she confirmed my payment and said that she would send out 2 samples of fabric to choose from. She said she would send this on Friday. That's the last I heard of it. The NEXT Thursday (9 days later) I sent a message saying that I had not received the samples... She said "Thanks for the reminder" A reminder???? She said she would send it a week ago and it hasn't even been sent yet?? I am not here to beg for business or give you reminders to do your job! I sent her a message saying I was really disappointed in the service and that I felt like I was begging to give her my business and I had no faith that she would do what she said she would since up until now she hadn't. Instead of apologising and trying to make up for the absolute lack of service, she responded by saying that she told me they were moving that I had no understanding and that she didn't want my business anymore. At this point, I was actually relieved... I told her... Had you messaged ME and advised me and maaaaaybe apologised for the delay then I would have completely understood but she seemed to be so high up on her horse that even considering giving miiildly effective customer service was far beneath her. Luckily the only thing she did seem to do quickly and effectively was return my deposit. I went online to Comfy Mummy and popped them a message and explained the horrifying experience I had just had, the owner Claire called me immediately, spoke me through each option and fabric, send an invoice which I paid... This was all done in 15 min. THATS service. THATS someone who appreciates her customers and their business. I would highly suggest staying as far away from Sarah and Snoozy Baby as you can. Doing your nursery is supposed to be exciting and special and she ruined all of that for me and her smug attitude. I kept every single message and voice note just in case anyone had any doubts about the disgusting service I received. BEWARE of this place!
I sent Charlie Kruger at the Pretoria branch, a Whatsapp 3 months ago looking for a new visa person to help with my client's visas going forward... A very nice message hoping to start a nice professional relationship together. Noooo reply. I even followed up, with no reply... 3 months later she sends a message to advise about her number changing. I told her that since she never bothered to reply to me I would never contact her again, to which she rep**** with a thumbs up. Wow professional right? I said, "Great service you have there" to which she rep**** with "Thank you" and a nice big smiley face. Rude, Smug and unprofessional only sc****s the bottom of that barrel... Needless to say, I will never use her again, nor refer her... In fact, i'll make sure to warn my clients away from her, since thats how she sees fit to act as a visa professional. People would be better off without that sort of attitude.
The first time I ordered from them they gave me the wrong color wood, when I told them they denied it and said I could reorder with a 10 % discount. after spending R1300 that was unlikely. I thought to give them another chance when trying to order my wedding signage. After 2 weeks I still did not get a price and after seeing many reviews on their Facebook about them not getting back to people or people not receiving their goods, I decided not to take the chance of losing my money. Careful when ordering with them.
Wow, I am so impressed by King Price. I hear so many bad things about insurance companies but they called me after I had some questions. Sorted everything out and even dropped my excess but half for almost nothing! In fact this is the second time they dropped my premium. Last time by almost R300! They also helped to submit a claim for all my spoilt food. It was honestly such a breeze. I'm super happy. Lebo, who helped me was so friendly and helpful. A true asset to that company:)
Bianchini jewellery- Wow the service from this place was beyond terrible. I went in to get my ring soldered together as it had snapped. The consultant told me R180. I asked how much to resize it? He took my measurements and said R250. To which I agreed. He wrote me a receipt. This morning he comes in to the store, as I work at in the same centre. He says that my ring is done but due to new year increases it's gone up to R450! Never once did anyone call me and ask if I was ok with that price before proceeding. I was obviously not happy. The owner called me a few hours later telling me a whole bunch of lies that this consultant had told him. As I tried to explain that this was untrue over and over I got frustrated and raised my voice. These people are trying to rip me off. This is not right! The owner at this point started swearing at me and saying I had a very sad life working were I did and that I was a little girl and he didnt give a **** what I though and the customer is not right and I was just trying to take a chance. This entire time I kept calm and professional, something he clearly does not know how to do. After being personally insulted and attached I told him to have a nice day. Lucky for me, working in sales myself I learnt to always record my calls. Unlucky for him. After going to collect my ring he then called me a fat *****. Do not support people who treat customers like this. Its disgusting and unprofessional! I wouldn't wish that treatment on anyone. Do not go to this store. They will rip u off completely and the swear at you. Shame on you!
