DISGUSTING, RUDE AND ENTITLED AGENCY

We've worked with Annelie Wessels from Feb 2024 and from the get go, it was clear that she was antagonising, disrespectful and rude. We made 3x payments for November rent and mistakenly used the incorrect unit number (as we had moved into another unit in the same building). Despite sending her 3x messages, having attached the proof of payments, she instructs an attorney to issue a letter of demand for outstanding payment! Only after we send through the proof of payments to the attorney, who then sends them to her, does she acknowledge receipt. She is *********, two face and focused on closing a sale to lock you into a contract - only to come back 2 months later and say there is outstanding payment. Entitled, rude, childish and despicable person! Never acknowledges her mistakes but always a reason for charge us extra! Tenants that we found here when we first moved in, complained about their behaviour. New tenants also complain about their behaviour. Shame on you!
