I bought R100 airtime, but when I try to make a call it still says: you have insufficient airtime. Called their helpdesk, waited long. The lady says: phone *123# and send, there will be an option to convert airtime to minutes. But there's only a message that says Connection problem or invalid MMI code.
I am very satisfied with the scrubs that I received from SUPERSCRUBS. Love the colors, good quality, dries quickly after washing, needs very little ironing. Also the service is very good. I got feedback timeously and the scrubs were delivered in no time.
There are 3 debit orders that go off my bank account monthly to Old Mutual, for which I have no documents and I do not know what I pay for. I've been sending emails to GSEnquiries@oldmutual.com two or three times a week for more than a month now. I sent a bank statement as proof which they could not open, sent it again in different format, from then on only automated responses. Tried to call, they do not find any products linked to my ID but can confirm that the money indeed goes to Old Mutual. Their call center is terrible, listen to horrible hold-music for 18 mins and then the call is dropped. Cannot hear what the person on the other side says due to background noise and a bad connection
