Unfairly charged for guests

I was booked in a 4 sleeper however only 2 ppl slept the night,I have had guests over and was charged for my guests r300 per person,how is this even possible? We were not informed about this. Percy the grumpy guy said I should have looked at my booking its there, I read it again now and it isn't there. So Mr Big Business man Dimitri please contact me and explain why you charged me for my guests????
