Use to be the Radisson Blu Hotel and Residence and now all of a sudden it's this random unknown Pullman Hotel. Staff seem the same, restaurants and hotel rooms seem the same yet it's now randomly some Pullman Hotel. Not as classy as Radisson Blu Hotel and Residence. The signage and signs looks cheap. The logo looks low end. Disappointed 😞
Reference: #883/209/2023 Good Morning Lorenzo Management Group, I wrote this review in 15 June 2023. Firstly I must state I had a legal issue which they helped me with in record time. Just 3 weeks and solved. My previous law firm didn't assist me after 12 weeks. Also, Lorenzo Management Group stuck to my budget which was very important to me. This didn't mean they worked ant less hard for my legal issue. I'm totally impressed with how professional they are. Always telling me what's happening and going on. Never ever has to run after them. Job well done. Super satisfied. Thanks

2 stars. Building manager is never available and when he is, Leon is always delayed, late, full of excuses and it's very unprofessional

From day 1 I was treated well. Received either a call or email twice a week with full updates. Any small changes I'd receive an sms or WhatsApp. It's so important when in a legal case to always be kept up to date. Especially when you paying a law firm. On the matter of payment. I honestly was given a very fair bill. No shocks or surprises. No hidden costs. No delays to get more money from me like other law firms. Good Evening, I wrote this comment with absolute horror from the service or lack thereof from Privé Lounge at GrandWest Charter Club. The food is revolting. The service of the staff is in unbelievable. They have bad attitudes. Tables are a mess. Honestly it's a disaster. I'll be calling Odette at Head Office in Johannesburg and reporting all the videos and photos I took. Wine glasses dirty, place mates got food on them. This issue was twice raised with Vincent the manager, he lied and said there will be a great improvement and he is aware of the poor service. Everything he said was a lie. He said a new menu, nothing is new on the menu for over 6 months since he told us. He said they changing the plates and dishes, no such change. The food does not match the menu. Your Deluxe GrandWest burgers NEVER EVER has sun dried tomatoes, NEVER EVER has tangy mayo sauce, NEVER EVER has vinegar cucumbers. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! When speaking to both the on duty manager and chef they confirmed they both confirmed some items on the menu they've never ever had and they don't know why it's on the menu. The worst part is the staff. The stinking attitude. They are always slow, always rude, especially 3 specific ones who always have some issue with everyone in the Privé lounge. It spoils everyone's experience and EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT IT. So many people I gamble with who eat there confirm the revolting food and dirty glasses and mats and bad service. We all complain. NOTHING EVER GETS DONE EVER! As I said I'm now sending head office video footage and photos of the staff, food quality and filthy mats, glasses, chairs have food on them too. It's embarrassing.
