We had the loveliest time during our stay at Amalfi Boutique Hotel. Crispy white linen with towels supplied on a daily basis or when needed. The units are clean with an aircon after a hot day at the beach and that's not even touching the surface. The entire 'Amalfi Team'' beautifully craft the epitomy of what a perfect getaway should be! The security was tight and we felt safe. Hotel parking was an extra little bonus. There is a separate restaurant downstairs which is great when you want a little brekkie delivered to your unit, alternatively there are eateries and interesting little stores within walking distance. It was an overall fabulous experience and we will most definitely be back. Thank you Amalfi :)
One of the first places I go to verify a product or service before making a decision is reading reviews. Without this sounding like a sales pitch, I can honestly say that without my Platinum Life Policy, I do not know what I would have done financially. I am 53 and took out my Platinum Policy in my 20's. It wasn't too long ago that I was thinking how great it would be to to receive 50% of my policy pay out (which is what a Platinum Policy Holder gets back at a certain age if you do not claim). BONUS......I thought to myself on that specific day. after all..... I WASN'T GOING TO BE DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER??? At the end of May this year, during a normal routine mammogram I was unfortunately confronted with breast cancer. It was a huge shock and the dreadful journey of tests, x-rays, consultations, biopsies, surgeries, radiation and oncology began. The sheer exhaustion of having to deal with the trauma on a physiological and emotional level was insane, never mind the huge financial implication too. During the whirlwind of being diagnosed and preparing for my first surgery, I contacted Platinum Life. To my absolute astonishment all I had to do was complete forms and forward back to Platinum Life with the necessary reports. Within a matter of two weeks I received a sizable lump sum. I was able to do so much in terms of paying bills as well as resign from my job in order to focus on my recovery without worrying about money matters. My husband and I were even able to enjoy an ocean break after all the turmoil. The ongoing calls of support and comfort from Jani Nothnagel at Platinum Life was a little short of being angelic. The compassion and concern was and still is ongoing and next level. God bless you Jani and the Platinum Team. During one of the darkest days of my journey a big silver box with the most beautiful gifts and personalized card was delivered to me from Platinum Life. It was so touching I just wept after opening it. The thoughtfulness was incredible. The quote by Maya Angelou......... “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”........ makes so much sense to me now. One of the biggest lessons I have learnt, is that life is extremely unpredictable and I am so relieved that I had this policy in place. I would like to extend my gratitude to Platinum for making this treacherous and traumatic journey a lot more bearable and comfortable !!!
