Booked a week in advance for a wine and oyster pairing. They called us an hour before our arrival time to let us know they would only be able to help us an hour later than our booking because the kitchen only opens then. Got there, was informed they dont have oysters. Expressed our disappointment to a manager and was told they would make a plan to get oysters and that we would be able to do the pairing. Waited for 2 hours and when we asked when we could do the pairing, we were told that the manager left and that we wont be able to do the pairing and that the oysters would only be there at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Friends of ours that also booked in advance got there the same day at 2 and were told they dont have oysters. Management is bad, communication is awful and the attitudes of management is embarrassing.
