The general manager Marc Mclure is a joke of a manager. Talking to Marc last December felt like talking to a talking head. No one seems to know what they are doing or what actually makes an estate luxury. Take a look at any city or well-run estate in first-world countries and then compare it to Simbithi. It makes Simbithi look like a poorly planned, underwhelming dump. It is sad that my good friend Steve, the original general manager who put this estate on the map, had to leave because no one after him, including Malcolm, have done jacksh*t with the place. My husband and I will be selling our home soon because we are very disappointed in the direction this estate has gone or rather the lack of direction.
It was a wonderful experience, our guide was very polite, patient and knowledgeable. Our guide's passion for all the animals and their well-being was lovely to see (he's like a South African Steve Irwin), I am genuinely interested in the conservation of these animals after visiting.
The price in this restaurant is very reasonable in comparison to other similar restaurants for the same amount and quality of food. As everyone suggested, the Eisbine is the king, 1kg for R120, crispy and crunchy skin. Eisbine lovers couldn't expect any better than this. The 500g ribs I had is very tasty, but there is a little improvement needed. I just wish it would be served much hotter. It also was undercooked for my liking in places. The calamari dish is very good, well deserved for a second round for its price, I will definitely come for more of this dish.
Food was delicious and the vibe was very nice. Service was excellent even in the holiday season. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone that want good food and awesome vibez!
I got this phone a bit over a month ago, and have used it every day since. I switched from an iPhone 11 Pro, and enjoy some of the new features like the higher refresh rate, better battery life, and always on display. Apple’s Dynamic Island is a pretty cool little feature but is not worth the upgrade from something like an iPhone 13 Pro, in my opinion. Overall, this is a pretty solid, dependable phone, and if you like your current iPhone, I’d venture to guess that you would like this iPhone too. The only reason that I take off stars is because the price is way too high seeing that this is a year old phone. They should have dropped it more, but I guess if they are not going to make any changes year after year, how else will they sell the new iPhones?
After years paying over a thoudsand and not getting something special then, I wanted to go something cheaper. So far everything is perfect except that 15GB data for a month is nothing unfortunately you can finish it for a week or less. I will probably upgrade to unlimited plan when is this plan finished. Don't worry about the reception or call quality there is no differences with the big boys go get it without thinking this is a steal!
