Please DO NOT purchase from this place!!!! I saw the red flags on the attitude, not from the sales person, but from the manager Schalk himself during the sale. He made a comment about how he had better things to do than deliver a car and that his team members would do that. They delivered because I’m in JHB. Red flag 1. Post purchase 3 weeks later the alternator of the Haval H6 with 1****ms gave on. So I’m a single person with small kids and now I’m stuck waiting for Haval to order the new alternator. Best part is all Schalk could say to me was that he was not liable as he gave me a car in working condition. I was livid and told him I hoped this happened to him in his lifetime as he showed no remorse basically phoned me to tell me I had no rights and all dealerships worked like this. He wanted me to listen to him tell me about his rights and when i refused to listen he told me I was rude. Zero after care service and all his story was that he was not liable I should deal with Haval directly. I am disgusted! And yes Schalk, I do hope this happens to you someday.
