Complaint: Misleading Advertising & Unprofessional Conduct – Vehicles 4 All Gezina .I am lodging a complaint regarding my experience with Vehicles 4 All, which was disappointing and unprofessional. • The vehicle price as advertised and deal assistance did not correlate • No consistent updates were provided during the process and I had to ask each time for updates by the salesperson. The sales person kept on telling me that he is busy speaking to the manager to get the deal in place and afterwards the manager informed me that he was not part of the process. • The salesperson provided incorrect information • The deal assistance advertised was later confirmed by the manager to be incorrect • As a result, the vehicle price and deal assistance reflected in the advert was not true. This lack of transparency and inaccurate advertising caused unnecessary frustration and wasted time. Clear and honest communication was not maintained, and expectations were set incorrectly from the outset.I believe this matter reflects poor business practices and misleading advertising. I would caution prospective customers to verify all details in writing before proceeding. Vehicles for all Gezina

<div>I bought an Urban Cruiser XR, 2024 model. You my disgust, the car is a hatch back. However, it has no rear windscreen wiper. The driver gets blinded driving in the rain. Isn't this suppose to be a standard hatch back specification for all cars?</div>

You will never go wrong choosing them to serve you what a wow service I tried so many dealerships with no luck some where rude but I managed to get a brand new Suzuki at Vehicle for all in Gezina thank you Mpho and France for your beautiful service keep it up

Please DO NOT purchase from this place!!!! I saw the red flags on the attitude, not from the sales person, but from the manager Schalk himself during the sale. He made a comment about how he had better things to do than deliver a car and that his team members would do that. They delivered because I’m in JHB. Red flag 1. Post purchase 3 weeks later the alternator of the Haval H6 with 1****ms gave on. So I’m a single person with small kids and now I’m stuck waiting for Haval to order the new alternator. Best part is all Schalk could say to me was that he was not liable as he gave me a car in working condition. I was livid and told him I hoped this happened to him in his lifetime as he showed no remorse basically phoned me to tell me I had no rights and all dealerships worked like this. He wanted me to listen to him tell me about his rights and when i refused to listen he told me I was rude. Zero after care service and all his story was that he was not liable I should deal with Haval directly. I am disgusted! And yes Schalk, I do hope this happens to you someday.

The manager that I have dealt with, is the main problem. Even after sending pics (of dents) on the day the car was collected, this guy blatantly refused to have the dents fixed that I got with the car. He has a very bad attitude that no one would want to deal with. It took me +-6 months to have one of a few dents fixed after being promised to take the car as is and they will have it sorted immediately afterwards

This dealership sold me a vehicle with faulty injectors. I took it back to them, they claimed they repaired it. 2 weeks later the problem started. I chose to use my implied warranty of quality, they refused to assist. I ended up approaching the MIOSA, we were given a recommendation, they are supposed to collect the vehicle and charge me the cost of usage. I paid the cost of usage already and did repairs since there were cosmetic scratches as instructed. Now they do not want to collect the vehicle, they are busy taking me back and fourth. I paid the cost of usage a month ago but the vehicle is still not collected. I am straggling to get to work everyday but I am paying a car, tracker and insurance that is not even considered. My advice to fellow customers is don’t buy a car from this dealership their customer is very poor. I bought a pre owed vehicle now they expect me to make it new, I regret buying a vehicle from these people they where not honest about a lot of things e.g service history, spare key e.t.c which I accepted because I trusted them and believed they will never sell a car if it is faulty, but now because they have to take back the vehicle they are not willing to. Why would you sell something to someone if you cannot take it back?
