This dealership sold me a vehicle with faulty injectors. I took it back to them, they claimed they repaired it. 2 weeks later the problem started. I chose to use my implied warranty of quality, they refused to assist. I ended up approaching the MIOSA, we were given a recommendation, they are supposed to collect the vehicle and charge me the cost of usage. I paid the cost of usage already and did repairs since there were cosmetic scratches as instructed. Now they do not want to collect the vehicle, they are busy taking me back and fourth. I paid the cost of usage a month ago but the vehicle is still not collected. I am straggling to get to work everyday but I am paying a car, tracker and insurance that is not even considered. My advice to fellow customers is don’t buy a car from this dealership their customer is very poor. I bought a pre owed vehicle now they expect me to make it new, I regret buying a vehicle from these people they where not honest about a lot of things e.g service history, spare key e.t.c which I accepted because I trusted them and believed they will never sell a car if it is faulty, but now because they have to take back the vehicle they are not willing to. Why would you sell something to someone if you cannot take it back?
