Do not order on this online website, this is a ****. I placed an order 01.07.2023 and to date my parcel has not been delivered. The contact number does not work.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, YOU ARE MUCH BETTER BY YOURSELF. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
All I have to say, Run, run run. Horrible service. They collect premiums and come time to offer the service, They will come up with excuses not to pay. Bad bad service.

Pathetic Customer service
I am so disappointed with Kingprice service. I had an accident beginning of November 2022 and to date, I have been informed that the repairer is still waiting for a bumper from the insurance, This is utter nonsense, how long does it take to get a car part?This was after it took them a month to assess to my car and approve my claim, when I enquired, I was told that the delay was caused by loadsheadding, nonsense. the level of service is very poor and one consultant I spoke to in December also had stinking attitude. Can Kingprice indicate for me when are they going to finalise this claim or atleast give a turnaround time of their processes so we know how long they take to help their clients?
