Very very happy customer
I was so impresed with this site. I placed a large order, without getting authorisation from a Director of the company I recently joined and paid for it with my private credit card. In a panic, I contacted the sales person who was very understanding and they paid me my full refund in less than a week. When I do get authorisation, I will most definitely be placing it with Shopcenter again! Also, their site is used friendly and cuts out the need to have a corporate clothing company source products for you. Very good experience all round.

Shocking online exploitation and corruption
I really wish I had used the Hellopeter site before I ordered anything from The Reliable Store. The reviews are absolutely shocking. I ordered over R5000 worth of goods in October22 and have yet to receive delivery. The most frustrating thing is that I cannot get hold of anyone on email or the contact number. I have been given a tracking number from Buffalo Logistics but cannot speak to anyone there either. I am going to have to take responsibility for this money because I purchased items on behalf of my employer using my private credit card, for which I have been re-imbursed - however, I cannot in good conscience expect my employer to carry the cost of my poor judgement and lack of research. That is a lot of money to lose. I have reported them to the Consumer Protection Commission, with all supporting documentation, and I intend on not giving up on getting a full refund or at least broadcasting to the world that this is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Shame on you Reliable Store, shame on you. I think every one of us should report them and hopefully they will be forced to closed down so no one else is scammed out of their hard earned savings.
