Terrible Service
I have never encountered such a complete lack of leadership and basic customer service skills as I did with Zain at Haval Woodmead. For someone in a management position, his performance is an absolute embarrassment to the brand. From start to finish, the experience was a disaster: Gross Incompetence: Zain is disorganized, unresponsive, and consistently failed to provide basic information. He acts more like a roadblock than a manager. Appalling Attitude: He is dismissive, lacks any form of professional courtesy, and clearly does not value his customers' time. His 'soft skills' are non-existent. Zero Accountability: When issues arose, there was no follow-through. He is quick to make excuses but incapable of providing solutions. A manager is supposed to elevate the customer experience, but Zain’s involvement only made the process more stressful and frustrating. It is clear he is either untrained for this role or simply doesn't care. If you value your time and want a professional experience, do not deal with Zain. I will be taking my business elsewhere and escalating this to Haval South Africa’s head office.

Do not purchase, you are being fooled
We moved to Founders Hill Crescent not to long ago, and the service has been pathetic. Not only are all our emails constantly ignored. We have snags from last year still not repaired, we sent emails to M and T home warranty and we receive no response. There are constantly issues with regards to water in this complex. It's disgusting and frustrating living here. We pay so much to live in these terrible conditions, from last week I am unable to do anything my apartment smells so bad due to not being able to clean and unable to flush toilets. I strongly recommend that if you are looking for an apartment rather stay for away from M and T, trust me you will be doing yourself a great favor. I strongly discourage anyone from renting or buying at Founders Hill Crescent due to their neglect of essential services and disregard for customer satisfaction. The only bright spot of this complex is the sales team led by J****, but beyond that, you're on your own. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's only a matter of time before they're exposed through social media and investigative TV shows. We, as paying customers, deserve better treatment, and I'm not the only one who feels this way. My sister wanted to purchase a n apartment from M and T, I stopped here immediately and I will keep on doing so. Even if my comments are ignored, I will keep on posting on all my social media with videos and proof of what we go through!!!!!!!?!! BEFORE YOU PURCHASE IN THIS COMPLEX SPEAK TO RESIDENTS WHO LIVE HERE AND YOU WILL HEAR THE TERRIBLE SERVICE THIS PLACE OFFERS
