I had the most unpleasant experience with the Northern Suburbs branch. I recently moved into a new house. I was 100% honest with the receptionist as to what my needs were. I needed my garage cleaned, my bedroom that had paint on the floor. I also asked for a deep clean and washing of windows. They sent two workers and a cleaning kit ( even though they used only my own cleaning products) but at that stage I didn't have a vacuum cleaner. It cost me if I'm not mistaken R1350 for 2 people for 7 hours. They say it's South African citizens but I struggled to communicate with them both and I'm fluent in 3 languages. No deep cleaning was done. No windows. Everything was packed in black bags all over the house. The owner even asked me for a chance to "rectify the situation ". I didn't respond for a day and then she became sarcastic and downright mean. I couldn't find one pair of shoes. I told her that and her response was unquote " it's not our fault if you cannot find your shoes OR ********!!! How professional. I left the situation but today I made a shocking discovery. My most precious letters, pictures from my grandma was dumped in my back yard. It rained last night. My pills ( full sleeves of blood pressure medication was simply dumped to be thrown away). Lord knows what else I'll find in the 6 or 7 bags tomorrow. My friend who lives with me came out as I was sobbing and took pictures. I now hired a lawyer (apparently he is a devil in court). I have no need for money. I am blessed to have inhereted from my Dad. I need a written apology in the news papers or if my lawyer wants more I will sue them as they need to close their business. I have to warm everyone out there about them.
As expected, no reply. Cowards. I will not stop spreading the word. What I still want to know if what they gave my dog to make her appear extremely drunk and completely "out of it".
Stay away from Louise Basson a so called "animal commicator". She did a expensive session with my Beagle and using "oils" on Judy. When I saw the video post on Facebook I was nauseous, the dog in that clip was not my happy, goofy Judy but drugged! I know she is not the real deal as I read Judy 7 questions the evening before, repeatedly. Not 1 of the 7 questions were answered... I went in with low expectations and for fun but this is taking the cake. I had (according to Louise) take Judy for a Vet check-up asap as she has either a tooth abscess or an ear infection. The Vet checked Judy out and there was nothing wrong with her. Louise then claimed, she "healed Judy as when she shook her head the gunk came out of her ear. The rest of the "report" were all things you could see for yourself, or has been told by staff. Guys, just don't be stupid and do research before rushing into a session of animal communication, the real ones are out there. Corné Swanepoel
