I made a booking with QuickBus on the 21st of December 2022, i was supposed to travel from Durban to Johannesburg but unfortunately i missed my bus. After my bus confirmation ticket they sent me an email containing the ticket. And on their T&cs there was a line that says they're responsible for refunds,but they refused to give me back my money and told me i must ask the bus company since the money is already with the bus operator.
