My name is Jillian Jansen I've been working for Blu for about 6 years. My contract ended last year September 2022. I cannot submit my tax returns, due to an error on my IRP5 certificate which needs to be amended via Adcorp Blu. I have been struggling for about a month now, whatsup messages and emails. Nothing have been fix, ive been send back and forth. Blu even requested a letter from sars, which they know sars do not issue letters. I cannot amend it myself on efiling, which I was informed at sars. This is really bad service, Adcorp Blu will be the reason I cannot submit my tax returns due to their incompetence. I was in contact with Berenice, Nadeem, Merilynne Paris and Dennis, still nothing has been done. I've send proof from sars to show them the error, still they cannot amend it and refuse to contact sars to confirm all this.
I am very unhappy about the service I received at Nedbank. I contacted the Nedbank call centre a few times, send emails and went inside the bank, but got no assistance. I was under debt review and wanted to settled my homeloan immediately. I was told at the Mitchell's Plain Promenade branch, the settlement amount will be given to me over the phone and I can make the payment at the bank the same day. Standing inside the bank speaking to a consultant on the 06/01/2023, holding for more than 30 min, just to be told I must request a settlement in writing again, while I'm still talking I got cut off. I phoned back again and was holding again for more the 30min, only to be cut off again. They also refused to help me inside the bank and said I have to call the call centre.
