Bought a new Polo Life at the End of February 2025 at Fourways VW. I however reside in Pretoria East. I therefore required assistance from Menlyn VW with getting my number plates secured when I received them. A lady who sits near the coffee area and waiting area told me I must come back during the week as the person who owns the tool to assist with the pop rivet was not in on Saturdays. Can’t believe a huge dealership that sells cars on a daily cannot have such a tool readily available to help potential long terms clients. I then came back during the course of the following week only to be told the individual who owns the pop rivet tool is not willing to help me. I told the lady she had lost a long term client. Sad how you can lose a potential long term client so quickly. Just because I didn’t purchase my vehicle at Menlyn VW shouldn’t be a reason to turn a cold shoulder to a potential long term client as I would have used the dealership to take my car for services and possibly bought future vehicles at the dealership. Shocking stuff.
Was slightly frustrated that at times I wasn’t kept up to date with what was going on but overall your services were good.
