100% **** site. The promise to deliver and string you along for as long as you email them. No tracking number and no one to speak with. I ordered a month ago.

Medihelp refuses to pay an approved procedure
Please don't ever use Medihelp. I had a treatment that was approved in December but unfortunately had to be moved to January. They now tell me the benefits have changed and I am not covered anymore. How can something that is approved be revoked less the 1 month later? Surely if the benefits changed they should have told me about it prior to moving the appointment?
