The ****ty Game Beam Company
This is the worst company to order something from..they take your money and promise 8-12 working days..its been a month now..nobody responds on your emails. there is no contact number to phone them and as soon as you pay them the link where you normally could see the product disappear and no longer exist. So DONT ORDER from them, they are a ****

This company does not deliver its products. Be cautious of The Game Beam. Marketed as a retro gaming projector. With ads all over social media and very responsive to comments. This was meant to be a great find and deal for Black Friday to spend time with my family. Placed my order. Waited for the tracking update. (8 -12 days with standard delivery). The support email “game beam” provides, has 0 responses and even starts bouncing back as if the email has been disabled. which provides vague information when requesting feedback . I now realise this is a very well conducted **** that never intends to send you any product. They have scrubbed their social media pages and even changed URL's from gamebeam.co.za to thegamebeam.co.za. They will ghost you and never intend to refund you or send you anything. Do not get caught

Beware of The Game Beam
This company does not deliver its products. Be cautious of The Game Beam. Marketed as a retro gaming projector. I was excited to see something different in the gaming world. Our little family loves spending quality time during game nights. My husbands is also a collector of retro games. So this was the perfect supposed-to-be Christmas gift. Placed my order. Waited for the tracking update. (8 -12 days with standard delivery). The support email “game beam” provides, has a nameless respondsmt which provides vague information when requesting feedback . Note I submitted a ticket online. I became aware much to my disappointment that I may never receive my order. To me the website looked appealing but I guess that is how deception is drawn in with willing customers. Needless to say I was caught in what may be a ****. I have since requested a refund. No feedback received. Their social channels are also not working when I tried to connect. Please be careful.
