Poor service
Absolutely poor customer service. I ordered my couch in August of 2022, I was informed that the couch needed to be built at the factory and that it will be delivered at the end of October beginning November. When the time came and I have not received it yet I had to contact the branch in Randburg to follow up. No calls from the branch what so ever. I was then informed that the couch was damaged on route for delivery and that I would only receive the couch in Jan 2023. I have not had any feedback from the sales person to date.

Shockingly poor service
I had marbelite done a little more than a year ago and has subsequently noticed a crack in the marbelite. I contacted Natasha from Perfect Projects whom requested that I send a picture of the crack which I did and she has been ignoring me ever since. This is the type of service that I as a customer has to endure. Absolutely shocking ! They are very quick to take your money but when it comes to aftersales service they are non existent !!
