Perfect Project Pools, not
Our pool developed a crack, and we enlisted Perfect Projects to repair it using fiberglass. They advised us that it was unnecessary to install mosaics, assuring us that leaving it plain would still look aesthetically pleasing. When it came time to fill the pool, they recommended placing a plastic bag with holes over the end of the hosepipe to allow the water to fill up slowly. We followed this advice. However, I had to turn off the hosepipe overnight to prevent the pool from filling unattended. Unfortunately, it drizzled that night, causing dirt from the sandstones to run into the pool, leaving marks and a ring around the pool where we had stopped the water. We continued to fill the pool over the next three days as instructed, but now we have two dirt rings and dirt runs that we cannot remove. Additionally, the water leaves a mark at its current level, which we are unable to clean off. We have contacted Natasha multiple times to seek her advice on how to resolve these issues, but she has either not returned our messages and calls or has not answered them.

This company is a ****! Pool pump broke 2 weeks after installation..to NO AVAIL!!
Big ****!!!!! Once you pay them..within weeks everything falls apart and you cant get hold of them. Natasha simply doesn't take our calls. The pool pump broke 2 weeks after installing..we spend over 100k with this company. Dont waste your time and money. They say payment only after but this is not the case. Natasha was asking for money on a weekly basis . I use to read so many good reviews.Sad this company is now a fly by night.. Johan makes promised to revert back.. 1 year later.NOTHING!!!

The pool pump broke 2 weeks after installing..we spend over 100k with this company. Dont waste your time and money. They say payment only after but this is not the case. Many companies. Same tricks. All over hello Peter.
Another one of Natasha and Johan list of **** Ignore any positive reviews about Beach Blue pools or Empire pools. They are all lies. Their fiends clearly post these. They are ****mers and super aggressive. They've even been on etv devi show. They also don't pay vat. Contact me if you want more detail.. Karma will get them

Shockingly poor service
I had marbelite done a little more than a year ago and has subsequently noticed a crack in the marbelite. I contacted Natasha from Perfect Projects whom requested that I send a picture of the crack which I did and she has been ignoring me ever since. This is the type of service that I as a customer has to endure. Absolutely shocking ! They are very quick to take your money but when it comes to aftersales service they are non existent !!

Pathetic, scam company
I have had nothing but grief from this company. They quickly take your money, and hire people from the street to do the work on your property. The workers have no affiliation to the company and are irresponsible. The work was haphazard and lots of issues came up afterwards. More leaks in the pool, none of the things they took out was put back. Some cosmetics were lost. We could not get a hold of the owner of the company after we paid in full. She just disappeared and refused to take calls. Later on the workers started to come to our house demanding pay as the company did not pay them. We had to tell them to go back to the company that hired them. I feel sorry for the people they take advantage of. This company is definitely a scam.
