I delt with Nihal Singh from Miway
I delt with Nihal Singh from Miway. Not only sis he go out of his way to assist me and answer all my questions he went as far as flowing up with me not once but 3 times I had asked him some questions and because it was not questions that he could answer as this was not his area of experience he made sure i was put thru the thé relevant departments and again followed up with me . He got my claim approved and if he said he was going to do something it was done within minutes I think many people and agents iv delt with at miway can learn alot from him He was friendly,professional and empathetic and truly went out of his way for me This level of service is so amazing to receive as this does not happen often If dealing with him only going forward wudv been an option that wudv been my choice! 20 out of 10 Nihal for going the extra mile for a complete stranger!!! I wish him the best and know he will go far!!

This company is a ****! Pool pump broke 2 weeks after installation..to NO AVAIL!!
Big ****!!!!! Once you pay them..within weeks everything falls apart and you cant get hold of them. Natasha simply doesn't take our calls. The pool pump broke 2 weeks after installing..we spend over 100k with this company. Dont waste your time and money. They say payment only after but this is not the case. Natasha was asking for money on a weekly basis . I use to read so many good reviews.Sad this company is now a fly by night.. Johan makes promised to revert back.. 1 year later.NOTHING!!!

Thank you to Evan Swartbooi. I called the customer care line and i was assisted by Evan. Evan made sure the merchant gave me back my money and followed up daily without me having to email or call. **** ALERT!!!!
I placed an order with them.They dispatch one part of it and stole the R2600 balance. Excuses upon excuses saying they were out of stock on the certain product..everytime it was another excuse as to why i haven’t received what i paid for..They still advertising the same product they claim to have no stock of..Iv requested for a refund and its been 3 months im fighting trying to get my money back..STAY FAR AWAY!!!! **** ALERT!!!!!!! They are ******!!!!!!!!!!!!
