Hi, I purchased 30 20L containers of house paint to paint my house. My entire house was painted with Fired Earth, so I have been loyal. The paint is good, however I could not afford to also paint my roof tiles as I needed 2 x 20L drums and the labor cost would have extended beyond my budget, so I only purchased you Damp X roof sealer to seal all the tiles that needed it. I really loved your sealer as it was the exact color of my current terracotta roof tiles, so it blended perfectly, However it is not UV proof and fades to a much lighter color after 2 months, leaving my roof looking like a patch job. I had to repaint with Damp X again but again it faded. Thus a 3 star. Now I purchased a different 5L roof paint and hoped it would match and it now looks worse. I am throwing money away. Could you at least give me 2 x 5L terracotta roof paint, if it does not fade like your sealer, and if it is a dark terracotta color similar to dampx, so that I can try to fix. I did support your brand extensively as you can see.
Used to think highly of you. Good pricing, good service and good range. But when I now sent you an email 2 times with no reply I feel disrespected.
Love your stores and good service in store but having to spend 4000 before I get free delivery whereas Builders warehouse delivers for free after R500, gives you a 1 star, becuase your delivery policy is extremely bad.
I ordered a charcoal colour Curtain and paid 50 for delivery. I got a grey curtain instead. I called and your agent was unwilling to help as said I should WhatsApp. I received a reply indicating they would investigate and get back to me. She ended that chat while I still had questions. Rude. Then I reached out on Facebook and you simply told me to take it in for a refund. I paid for delivery so that I did not have to go to a shop. You should deliver the correct colour and take this one back. The photo on the website and the photo I sent you is clearly different colours. Now I must go ask for refund and won't get my delivery fee refunded. This is not fair.
First time using you and not impressed. We needed an important letter of demand delivered to a specific recipient, yet you delivered it to " Plus John" - how will this help us in the small claims court? When I whatsapp you, you dont reply. You seem to show no interest in making sure delivery happened !!
Been with Miway for many years. Been happy with them but often question the integrity of their providers. Butho called me to help with my blocked underground drain. But isntead of coming out with a drain machine to clean it with the one hour free labour, he told me he needs to hire a machine. Thus insinuating that I must pay him. BUTHO has done the same job for me before and had a machine. I remember this provider. So this makes me question the ethical behavior of these providers. I believe he already has a machine. They need to be investigated in terms of their honesty.
We are used to getting good service from Zodiac but deeply disappointed this time. They could not get a Ax20 working in our pool and then blamed our pool. I asked a very valid question which they don't want to answer as they know their product is the issue but don't want to acknowledge or resolve it. In clear contradiction, the predecessor of this product, the mx-8 elite, worked perfectly in our apparently too big of a pool. This completely invalidates their report in my view. How did the predecessor work perfectly but it's replacement model does not. Please could this be explained to us, as we need to understand the subsequent rejection. I simply want them to clearly explain to me why the predecessor worked fine or they should rewrite their report indicating that their product has an issue and correct it. I truly valued the past amazing service but feel very let down this time. Life is hard enough, and we just wanted our pool cleaning to be easier. Not nice of you to not reply to a reasonable question. It hurts my feelings.
You agent calls be for debt relieve. I tell her I have no debt and she just hangs up on me! How rude!!!
The branch manager used to care, now she argues with her loyal customers instead of admitting she made a mistake. Never argue with your customer. I used to think highly off Yvonne but now I'm disappointed in the way she spoke to me yesterday. She does not read her messages properly and then repeatedly blames me. Her staff at the store also disappoint. I got a clear message stating my delivery would happen on a specific day but it neve happened. Again I was blamed but her employee who kept cutting me off. Loyal no more. Yvonne has lost her passion for the customer.
I have been waiting almost a month for 250 refund. I've had to send many emails.
