ITEC/M FILES - BLATANT NO TRANSPARENCY

Our company signed a contract with ITEC for a programme to help us with out filing, called M Files. We had meetings with them to tell them what we needed. Not being fami**** with these types of programmes we re**** on ITEC to guide us and eventually the system was installed 3 years ago. YES, we signed the contract, no it was not explained to us as expected. Our mistake. We have been paying and not being able to use the system as it is not compatible with our systems at all. We contacted them 2 months after but we were told we had to buy the system by settlement or face being put on credit bureau. Our contract ended in July but because we did not give 3 months notice, we are tied into paying until 2025. Surely this fine print should have been pointed out to us as their customers. We have paid for now, over 3 years R2821pm
