This store has the people who commit ***** and they'll tell so many things that make no sense even Wen you wanna buy just one thing at a certain price they'll tell you all sort of stuff ended up with on elady who said that I can use her address to get the fridge I bought but when they deliver they'll call me so I can give the driver my address only to find out that she actually wanted the fridge for herself is been a month now since calling her everyday all she does is give wrong number of people to call to call so I can go to her place and collect it when I call the store they tell me that is not their fault that I agreed to use her address via like really why is it that we can't buy things and collect ourselves cus even this thing of paying for delivery it makes no sense at all now all I need is my fridge or my money back she must be dealt with cus I'm sure I'm not the only one
We buy cars is always giving **** of a service if you say you've investigated and send me the response of whatever you did on which email address did you send this response yountalking of cus I never received any of your emails, the car I got from you was somehow involved in an accident and that was not disclosed wen I was with the sales person Dawie from The Dome branch now I've been to the branch n no one is willing to take the problem n solve cus your sales person is no longer with you and why I don't care maybe is cus he used to **** people and sell cars without disclosing all problems but that is on you just so you know I had to spend lot of money to fix this car n yet you're still investigating while you know that it was your sales person's fault if I knew of all this faults I wouldn't have bought the car i20 hyundai 2013 1.2 motion. I bought a i20 from the Dome branch 3 months ago and I e been driving from home to work all the time when I decided to.take a long trip the died I tried to contact them there was no help till today ever since I bought the car is been asking for receipt even after three months still no one to help all they do is to ask stupid questions as to who was the sales man yet the car has all the details who.sold the car to.who n when but I'm the one to answer now I don't have a car cus is dead and is mechanical with a fault that was never mentioned before
There's a lady and two guys whites who goes around claiming to sell cars online then they deliver the vehicle to you as a client bit unfortunately that's not the case they are ****ming people and there's no trace of them anywhere even the company doesn't have reviews on their internet page
I have been ****med by this company an amount of R15000 for deposit of a cr that was supposed to be delivered to me then I test drive the car if I'm satisfied then I settle the remaining til this day I haven't received anything n wen I call they no longer taking my calls
The centre keeps ignoring my calls no one to help even the direct numbers of the consultant it keeps going to voicemail I have left tons of messages with no response email is even worse I have wrote an email a month ago still no response, and even those that were supposed to resolve all this enquiries they just don't care how we customers feel. Is been 6 months since my mom passed but yet they still holding on to her life insurance payout that we have submitted all the necessary documents so upto today still nothing has been communicated so I myself will not have eevn if is funeral cover with this company all they do is to scam companies into getting their employees into this then in times like this the employer have no access to anything so but then will wait until the 10years they said it'll take for it to pay out
With this company they keep.going back and forth over same thing making excuses after the other so is been all about we will "come back to you" that never happens so I'll just let you do as you please because it seems like taking black people for granted is what you good at, if I was white you would've solved this from the day I submitted every proof you've asked for.
Since I write my first review my case was attended to though I can't now say that it was resolved at least there's a way forward.
I have been trying to claim my mother's life payout and they keep on asking for documents after documents and now.i just don't know where to go and how.to get them to pay out anyone please help.out
