Their service is horrible After I paid my monthly subscription I saw and still seeing flames!! My WiFi has been down since the 1st of March & today it’s the 17th. They keep referring me to different agents, because I use a “premium service” and no one seems to know what to do. At this point I’m not sure if I’m chatting to a Bot /automated system or not. I’ve been explaining the same thing to more than 10 agents, it’s been over two weeks and they keep saying they will prioritise my case and have the technicians reach out, but none of that has happened. I asked for a refund since they can’t help me and cancel my membership and they simply refused and left me on read: For someone who works from home, this is such an inconvenience, I’ve spent so much on data hoping they’ll fix it but i clearly paid myself. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I had a very bad experience with pretor group I recently moved out of their bachelor unit , I left the place in a good condition , nothing broken & very clean They also did an inspection I've been waiting for my deposit refund of R4350 but instead they paid R943 & they are refusing to give me the rest claiming I shouldn't even get a cent , it costed me R11050 to open the place including admin fee & water and electricity connection I tried taking up with the owner but she can't help me I don't know what to do
