Agency promises everything to deliver nothing. Unfortunately I lost my grandfather, my mother lost her father. We called them immediately when we found out to make other arrangements, postponing our trips or getting our refund even if there was a cancellation fee. Agent called back and promised, they will do whatever they can to get us our money. Trip was booked months in advance even in that process they forgot to book my flight ticket, I ended up calling the airline they said they booked me under, they had no record of my booking until i mentioned it that’s only when they made the booking when they were requesting our money they were rushing us but failed to book the flight tickets. Death is not something we choose but it happened and we did inform the agency immediately they promised us everything will be fine they will sort it out next thing they change their story. They just leave everything as though the trip was happening. They do nothing about it. I end up at least calling the flight and hotel and they agree to a ticket voucher and they send it but the voucher goes to the agency as they put their own information on the booking. Now they acting like the ticket voucher disappeared, they can’t even use it as it has my name but they refuse to send it to us and keep giving us excuses whereas we’ve confirmed with the airline over 4 times and 4 people confirmed it was sent the moment I contacted them. The hotel says they don’t receive the money until the client checks us but since I can’t check in that means I can’t check out and they don’t receive any money. So where does the money go??? They keep the money and everything for themselves. Horrible horrible experience booking with this company, save your money and use a reputable agency to avoid being ****med. Never again
