Travel In Pride - Durban - Dissatisfied
A follow up from my parents January experience - Travel in pride had mentioned to my parents that they would have to stay overnight in JHB on the 12th of January 2025 as they could not get a flight from JHB to DUR the same day - which is unprofessional at they needed to return to work on Monday morning. Out of frustration and being exhausted on their trip due to the run around that Travel in Pride had caused, my parents decided to book their own direct flight from CPT to DUR and requested Travel in Pride to cancel the CPT to JHB - Travel in Pride had advised that they will return all the monies owed to us - Travel in Pride said they would receive the money in 6 weeks (which would have been 02/03/2025) My parents have followed up with travel in pride, who promised they would return as soon as received - we have tried contacting them in the past week, and they will not take our call Please note that this company is unprofessional and lacks integrity - Would not recommend at all due to the lack of communication. We have paid them in full for their quoted price, however we still have not been reimbursed for any of the errors made by Travel in Pride especially after highlighting all the things they have booked wrong/ not followed through on: - vehicle rental - flight from DUR to CPT - additional parking - challenges with the room booking which they had cancelled initially without our knowledge and only rectified once we highlighted that we contacted the hotel and they notified us of the cancellation.

Excellent service from TRAVEL IN PRIDE.
I recently made a holiday booking through TRAVEL IN PRIDE. Th experience was excellent. Seamless booking in a ln excellent guest house called "Chilly Moon" in Stilbaai. Extremely friendly hostess and very good lodgings, comfortable and very clean in a very good setting.

Excellent service from TRAVEL IN PRIDE.
I recently made a holiday booking through TRAVEL IN PRIDE. Th experience was excellent. Seamless booking in a ln excellent guest house called "Chilly Moon" in Stilbaai. Extremely friendly hostess and very good lodgings, comfortable and very clean in a very good setting.

Agency promises everything to deliver nothing. Unfortunately I lost my grandfather, my mother lost her father. We called them immediately when we found out to make other arrangements, postponing our trips or getting our refund even if there was a cancellation fee. Agent called back and promised, they will do whatever they can to get us our money. Trip was booked months in advance even in that process they forgot to book my flight ticket, I ended up calling the airline they said they booked me under, they had no record of my booking until i mentioned it that’s only when they made the booking when they were requesting our money they were rushing us but failed to book the flight tickets. Death is not something we choose but it happened and we did inform the agency immediately they promised us everything will be fine they will sort it out next thing they change their story. They just leave everything as though the trip was happening. They do nothing about it. I end up at least calling the flight and hotel and they agree to a ticket voucher and they send it but the voucher goes to the agency as they put their own information on the booking. Now they acting like the ticket voucher disappeared, they can’t even use it as it has my name but they refuse to send it to us and keep giving us excuses whereas we’ve confirmed with the airline over 4 times and 4 people confirmed it was sent the moment I contacted them. The hotel says they don’t receive the money until the client checks us but since I can’t check in that means I can’t check out and they don’t receive any money. So where does the money go??? They keep the money and everything for themselves. Horrible horrible experience booking with this company, save your money and use a reputable agency to avoid being ****med. Never again

My parents' trip was from 8 Jan 2025 to 12 Jan 2025, it is currently the 9th of Jan and Travel in Pride contacts us to state that they have not booked the connecting flight from DUR to JHB (they made the error initially and was asked to rectify) - that my parents have to travel back on Monday 13th Jan 2025. They refuse to absorb the cost of their error. Extremely unprofessional, they had also only sent all the finalized details on the the 8th of Jan, we have requested it from them numerous times before the date of travel, but they have just stated "your agent is on leave, we will find out and let you know" their contact details info@travelinpride.co.za and 031-023-0742 are unreachable, unfortunately they only contact you when they want to, and don't provide feedback or rectify.

Dissatisfaction with Travel in Pride
I am experiencing very bad service from this company. I paid for a premium membership in October 2023. I have not used any of the vouchers. However I had a small lunch and submitted my voucher for this amount. To date I have not received a refund. I have sent several emails without any success. Its as if they have "gone off the air". I intend to take further action to recover the amount that I paid for my membership. Does anyone have any advice for me. Thank you. Regards

Dissatisfaction with Travel in Pride
I am experiencing very bad service from this company. I paid for a premium membership in October 2023. I have not used any of the vouchers. Beware of Travel in Pride - there's nothing prideful about their practices. It's all a sham.
Avoid dealing with this company at all costs. Their promises are empty, and they falsely claim affiliation with SA Tourism. Despite taking your money promptly, they fail to deliver on their commitments. Emails go unanswered, and phone calls are ignored or met with unfulfilled promises. Even after persistent attempts to resolve the issue, they have not fulfilled their end of the bargain. Do not trust their ********* practices.

Travel In Pride is a ****
Last year in August I joined Travel In Pride with the hope of getting a discount on holidays as they promise to give 30-50% for every holiday you take. I've send them invoices in December up to now they are yet to pay a dime. People there change their names everyday. They block the normal number you normally use to call them. When you use a different number you get them and they will change their names. Good people don't fall into trap like me. The information on the web-site is deceiving. Don't fall for it.

Unfaithful company, do not pay for any of the services
Took out the 'package' in December 2022, tried claiming and Continuous lies about system being offline, different names everytime you call, Anette sold the policy, however you can never get hold of anyone once you claim. Please don't be fooled. They not faithful to their word. I have been waiting over a year for at least the amount that was paid to them for the package.
