Zero happiness

I have a 6 burner full gas cooker which has turned out to be the biggest piece of **** EVER sold. The only reason I bought it was that I had experience of their -70 C freezers in the lab I worked at. After this I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole! I know that there will be no response from Zero, bad companies don't admit error/mistakes. Would happily pay a couple of hundred rand to get rid of this ****.
