Good service with products as advertised.
Delivery is efficient and quick. Rarely have to wait for order to arrive. Packaging is excellent and products always arrive in tip-top condition. Products are what is advertised. I would readily encouragew friends and relatives to purchase from Snatcher.

Excellent serviced and delivery.
I have dealt with Strand Hardware several times over the past few years. Their service delivery is top class, efficient and fast. Getting telephonic advice is brilliant, with assistants always ready to help with advice about tools or to suggest an alternative. The staff are friendly and willing to give of their time to help you.

Excellent service and delivery.
I have bought from Snatcher many times. The online service is exceptionally good, and the products ordered always arrive quite soon after the order is finalized. The items are well packed and always arrived in good condition. The items occasionally do not match up to what was expected, but then considering the price paid, this is to be expected. If you want a better product, then be prepared to pay a higher price, often considerable higher. I shall continue to purchase from Snatcher and take my chances amidst their excellent service and delivery.
