On 14/02/2024 i brought my watch in for repairs, after being advised by Mr Louis Cronje from the company to courier if from Durban to their warehouse in Pretoria. A month later I followed up on status of repairs via WhatsApp and I was told they still busy with it and I should wait a couple weeks. Did the same a month later only to discover that they've blocked me on WhatsApp, no response on email, and very frustrated because I payed good money for the watch and I have been supporting their business for the past few years to be ignored and ghosted in this manner. If it's so much trouble to fix my watch they should just return it, Statement watches ****** me period..
I'm lodging a claim for broken wind shield, Buhle who assisted me was very helpful only took 3 minutes to process my claim
I met Sam at Branch, he was very helpful and transparent about offers
