Fantastic
Great service - so much so I was inclined to leave this review. I purchased a smart ring as a xmas present for someone, I messed up with the size chart and ordered a ring too big. However, this was no problem, they handled the return, replacement and advi*****t of correct size with professionalism and efficiency. Would highly recommend them. Based in Cape Town

Fantastic
Great service - so much so I was inclined to leave this review. I purchased a smart ring as a xmas present for someone, I messed up with the size chart and ordered a ring too big. Statent watches excellent service
Statement watches is the best. I had a complaint and it was attended within 8 hours and I was given a refund within 12 hours although I was not expecting it as I was just alerting them of a problem I encountered

Statement Watches bad service!
I bought a watch a week ago, i got it on WEDNESDAY the 22 January. I wore it from 12:00 till 17:00 then i took it off because i got home. I did not put it on the Thursday because the battery was low so I charged it till 100% Thursday night I switched the watch on and looked how much the percentage was and it was 100% On friday morning I wanted to put it on but it doesn't switch on. It plays music from my phone but it does not switch on. I wore it for literally 4 hours! I tried everything, i tried resetting it, charging it, switching it on. Nothing works. I have mailed them several times and my mother whatsapped them several times, no response! I paid for a watch that does not work Pathetic! My last resort is to put it on Hello Peter, so that other people can be aware of the bad service they have!

*1/5 Stars - Appalling Customer Service!* I'm writing this review as a last resort after being completely ignored by the company despite multiple emails and calls. My watch (Order #48786), still under warranty, developed a defect with the glass falling out and cracking. Simple enough issue, right? Wrong! My initial email was met with deafening silence. No response, no acknowledgement, nothing. I followed up with multiple calls, which went straight to voicemail. It's clear that this company doesn't value their customers or stand behind their products. The lack of communication and disregard for my issue is shocking. If you're considering purchasing from this company, think twice! Their warranty is essentially worthless, and you'll be left high and dry like me. *Update:* Still waiting for a response... crickets. *DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS!*

On 14/02/2024 i brought my watch in for repairs, after being advised by Mr Louis Cronje from the company to courier if from Durban to their warehouse in Pretoria. A month later I followed up on status of repairs via WhatsApp and I was told they still busy with it and I should wait a couple weeks. Did the same a month later only to discover that they've blocked me on WhatsApp, no response on email, and very frustrated because I payed good money for the watch and I have been supporting their business for the past few years to be ignored and ghosted in this manner. If it's so much trouble to fix my watch they should just return it, Statement watches ****** me period..
