Ive sent my car in for repairs. This is the second time dealing with Alberante Arc with a different car now. Multiple issues arises and Samantha (Sam) was SO RUDE assisting me!!!!! Demanding payments left right and centre after I have explained the insurance already agreed to cover the full cost. I went to receive my car and again, she just jumped up and started being rude accusing me of excess payments and again, I showed her every confirmation the insurance gave me on not paying anything. I have never met such a rude person in my life. Both times with Alberante arc and Sam “assisted” me with both vehicles and both times she has been absolutely rude and has no people manners. Please sort this out as a matter of urgency!!!
Pnp ASAP is terrible!! Never using this service again. The app is so slow and keeps buffering. Ordered my groceries at 11.49am and only came to me after 2.30pm. I chose the order time zone as 12-12.30pm. Only 3/4 of my grocieries pitched up. Totally unacceptable!! This is by far the worst service I have ever received.
Had issues with claims from MiHome Assistance but other than that had great experiences from them.

My neighbours is with Home-Connect and said they are very happy and that I should move to Home-Connect. I've been assisted with every question I had. I've moved from MWEB to Home-Connect and the change has been so easy. MWEB has given me endless problems and now Home-Connect has been helping me with every question I had from the start. Everyone I've spoken to has been so friendly and helpful and is keen to help in any way they can.
