There website is non responsive and loaded add and redirects to other web pages. Going by their website they seem super unprofessional.
I took a bike in for a non start issue. The first words from Noddy the owner were that I mustn't call them they'll call me. My bike was with them for a month where after I was still not able to get a conclusive answer as to why the bike would not start. When I originally booked the bike in I was informed they were fully booked as I brought the bike in slightly late so it would be at least two days before they looked at the bike. (No problem at all!) After a month I arranged to collect the bike and was give an invoice that was more than double what they originally quoted me when I address this I was informed that they don't provide quotes they provided estimates (Really the same thing). I did raise concerns regarding there service with the owner (Noddy) but instead of addressing me in a professional manner he decided he would rather not deal me and chose to turn his back and walk out. I am the first person to advocate that the customer is not always right! I do however believe that the customer is always King! If you looking for a decent motorcycle workshop this one is most certainly not it!!
I went to collect a vehicle that has gone back because the repair was not carried out correctly the 1st time after leaving the car there for 2 weeks because we were out the country. I was informed the afternoon before the vehicle was ready. On my way to the dealer again called to confirm the vehicle was ready, I arrive at the dealership an hour later to find out the vehicle is not ready. After waiting another hour the vehicle is finally ready. I query with the service manager why they had to glue a new part in place only get some major attitude and get asked if I am a mechanic which I did not respond to. (I actually own a vehicle workshop) Not in the mood for.a fight a give some attitude back and get asked by the service manager who I am I give him my name and ask for the car key which he gives me and I Leave. 1. Service Mangers attitude stinks. I know the customer is not always right but the customer is always king! 2. Service Manger had no clue who I was and he was so rude I could be a customer that has had many BMW's that he just through away because of a lousy attitude. 3. Service manager handed the keys to a car to a total stranger with out confirming who I was or that it was okay. (not my car by the way belongs to a family member.) MIND BLOWING!! Worst BMW by far!
