I am extremely unhappy with the service and treatment I’ve received from the dealership. From the moment I made the purchase, they were quick to close the sale, but once the car started having issues, the dealership completely dodged addressing the faults. I’ve repeatedly brought the car back, raising the same concerns each time, only to be downplayed and misled. My issues were never taken seriously, and I was repeatedly assured that everything would be resolved, but that simply never happened. Every time I returned, I was given false assurances that the car was fixed, only for the same issues to persist. What has been even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability and responsibility from the dealership. They were quick to take my money, but when it came to actually resolving the problems, they either ignored or downplayed them. I’ve been treated with complete disregard, and my concerns have been brushed aside as if they don’t matter. To add insult to injury, much of my communication with the dealership was lost when my phone was ******, and I’m now left with no evidence of the promises made or the issues discussed. The entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and utterly disappointing. At this point, I have no trust in the dealership’s ability or willingness to fix the problems. I feel completely let down and disrespected. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and I am demanding a resolution - either a full repair or a complete refund. This has been a truly awful experience, and I hope others are made aware of the poor treatment I’ve received.

I purchased a car from JSN Motors, and within just three months, I discovered that the rear bumper had defects and the paint started chipping. After raising the issue, they forced me to contribute to the cost of fixing the door, even though their own panel shop confirmed it was poorly repainted by them before the sale. This dealership is a bunch of ****mers, and their principal dealer is absolutely useless when it comes to resolving issues. To make matters worse, after the salesman received his commission, he was rude and dismissive, showing zero interest in assisting further. The manager has no regard for customers, is equally rude, and clearly doesn’t care about resolving complaints. If you’re considering buying a second-hand car from them, get it independently inspected before you purchase, or you’ll likely be ****med like I was. I wouldn’t trust them with a single cent in the future!

I enquired about a vehicle with Jeremy at JSN’s pre-owned division in Bryanston. He was helpful, initially, taking me to look at the vehicle at their workshop where it was having parts replaced. He said that he would keep me in the loop as to when the vehicle would be ready for sale. I subsequently cancelled another two pending finance applications because this vehicle appeared better and was the right year, colour and a reasonable price. I followed-up periodically over the following weeks and he said he would let me know each time. Fast forward to today, and I see a Facebook friend has bought the car. Jeremy offered me the most half-baked apology imaginable and claimed that he was going to tell me next week that the car was sold. Just absolutely terrible service. I will never buy or recommend JSN as a result.

I bought a car from Charlene Moss (JSN Motors). The car came incorrectly specified, but I had already signed the BMW Finance papers. The car was dropped off, as I live outside SA. The vehicle was reported as not having the correct seats immediately. There were also a number of issues with the car. The car has been with JSN Motors / BMW Bryanston for two weeks. I cannot get a straight answer out of them as to when the correct seats will be provided. I tried calling the Dealer Principle, his PA would not give out his number, not connect me to him. I was threatened by the Charlene that if I didnt pay my debit order, it would reflect badly on me. When I confronted her, she told me I was rude and would not deal with me again. One would swear that this is my fault... The service manager tells me there are no problems with the car... other than the seats.

The quality of service levels of this dealership has clearly dwindled over the years. I recently brought my mostly stationery vehicle for diagnosis on an unusual smell coming from the exhaust of the car. The only diagnosis I received was that the battery voltage was low, was charged for a new battery, oil change and diagnosis. I still don’t what is wrong with the vehicle and forced to take it elsewhere for the same issue. Absolutely Ridiculous!

The quality of service levels of this dealership has clearly dwindled over the years. I went to collect a vehicle that has gone back because the repair was not carried out correctly the 1st time after leaving the car there for 2 weeks because we were out the country. I was informed the afternoon before the vehicle was ready. On my way to the dealer again called to confirm the vehicle was ready, I arrive at the dealership an hour later to find out the vehicle is not ready. After waiting another hour the vehicle is finally ready. I query with the service manager why they had to glue a new part in place only get some major attitude and get asked if I am a mechanic which I did not respond to. (I actually own a vehicle workshop) Not in the mood for.a fight a give some attitude back and get asked by the service manager who I am I give him my name and ask for the car key which he gives me and I Leave. 1. Service Mangers attitude stinks. I know the customer is not always right but the customer is always king! 2. Service Manger had no clue who I was and he was so rude I could be a customer that has had many BMW's that he just through away because of a lousy attitude. 3. Service manager handed the keys to a car to a total stranger with out confirming who I was or that it was okay. (not my car by the way belongs to a family member.) MIND BLOWING!! Worst BMW by far!

Do not service your BMW @ JSN Motors, unprofessional management and Service advisor not doing her Job. Was told a part was received on Monday and should bring my car in today(Thursday) for fitment , 2pm they phone me oh sorry BMW slipped up and delivered the wrong parts we can’t do anything with the car please bring it back next year, it takes them the whole week and morning to figure this out, Excellent service really and then then to top it off so called “Manager” Robyn, completely unprofessional gives me attitude because I'm upset. This is not the first time having issues with JSN motors service , they are unprofessional stay away.

Do not service your BMW @ JSN Motors, unprofessional management and Service advisor not doing her Job. JSN MOTORS - Charges for the privelege of quoting for your business??? I sent my Out of plan BMW to JSN for an oil service and quotation for new tyres, shocks and other items. The quote cam to over R66 000.00 Rand which surprised me. The quote for the service alone was nearly R9 000.00 and it esacalted from there. Car has 47078 kms on it, seems like they threw the book at it. I told them not to worry, I'd collect the car and they must do NOTHING. I will take it to an indipendant service provider, to which , Jamie , the service advisor said no problem , I needed to bring over R2500.00 for the release of the vehicle...... This is a diagnostic charge apparently to quote for a service, tyres and a shot gun in barrel approach to extautiort cash out of me. When i asked if this charge was for the priveledge of quoting in the hopes of getting business, then I wish i was paid for pitching for bsuiness i didint get along with every other contractor in the world, Jamie decided it was a clever time to tell me ...." its a good business plan , you shouyld look into it". Im fuming!!!!!!!!
