Contact them to install a dishwasher. Sent someone to do so. Installed the dishwasher and sold me a "new" inlet pipe for R1125.00. Told me it was working insisted I pay before he leaves... and was gone. I loaded the dishwasher, switched it on and it came up with an E2 error. Phoned him immediately, said he was coming back... one hour later, still waiting. So I told him not to bother. Phoned someone else, they said the "new" inlet pipe was actually an old one that was not working. Asked A 24/7 to refund me for the pipe. I was told I was being dishonest because I told them not to come back...
They have gone from good to absolutely useless... I have tried to register a claim on four seperate occassions, called them numeous times to confirm receipt of claim... four days later - NOTHING! I have now loaded the claim manually and have been told "be patient" we have a great number of claims... they used to turn a claim around in 24 hours... NOT ANYMORE !
On a recent trip from Dallas to Johannesburg via Dubai, my suitcase was broken into and items ****** from the case. On arrival at OR Tambo, I went over to the counter to report this, there was no one manning the counter. I then went back to the carousel and spoke to an Emirates woman who was offloading the crews cases (she was probable also supposed to be manning the counter)... I got the ignore and told to report it online, which I did... I have since been messed around by two agents, logged numeorus emails... and still no closer to resolving this issue...
Useless clowns... upgraded my package at a huge cost, can't get my international roaming sorted. They are effing useless
How many times does DSTV expect us to watch the same &$)(ing movies every year???? It’s the same sh*t day in and day out!!! If there was any other way to watch the sport, I would cancelled my subscription a long time ago… R1200 p/m for the biggest load of **** out!!!
It is now more than a week since I returned the car to the Cape Town branch. They have debited my account and been paid in full, yet, I cannot get them to release the hold on my credit card... I have tried emailing, calling... I get nothing but excuses.
Once again given a car that stunk of cigarette smoke. Everytime I drove the car, I was called by their callcentre to tell me that they are receiving an "engine alert"; one call after 22h00. I am now done with Woodford Car Hire.
I asked Bergens Fourways to attend to a dishwasher that wasnt working. The collected, quoted R1250.00 for the repair (which I accepted)... On the return of the appliance it was scratched and dented, they proceeded to tell me those were there. The dishwasher was strapped on the back of a bakkie against another appliance, no blanket or cardboard in between. I then looked at the repair they had done (see attached) and filled it up with two kgs of salt (R129.00)... R1250.00 (bit of a rip-off) and damaged the appliance badly. Refused to refund me... never again.
Been trying for almost a year to get the speed I am paying for 50 Mb up and down. Keep getting fobbed off... now I am trying to cancel the contract, there is no way to do this except by call. Been trying for almosy 2 weeks to cancel the contract, everytime I get through the agent cuts me off. Today, 05/01/2024 - am now on my fourth attempt to get through after waiting 17 mins, 21 mins, 17 mins and 6 mins - they cut me off.
Bought a dishwasher, delivered badly damaged. Cant speak to anyone, can only log calls via the website. Got a notification they will collect it by 5 pm yesterday (10/11/2023), never pitched to collect. Sat waiting for them the entire day... services sucks, never again!!!
