Even 1 star is too much for this bank... Capitec is a weapon formed against its customers...I want to cry honestly when I think of this bank
Capitec is the worse bank ever... I'm telling them I sent money to a deceased person ACC which is used by the son...they telling me there's nothing they can do to help. I must talk to the son like wat the hell. This ACC is very active but the owner is no more the son is ****ming people using this ACC. I'm so angry I hate this bank.
In the history of useless Capitec takes the cup. This bank gives zero ****s. I transferred money to someone by mistake they wouldn't Revere the money....now I'm suppose to take this person to small claims I don't know their address how do I do that? I hate this bank
Beginning of Feb I mistakenly transferred money to another capitec client...I know them personally I asked them to reverse my money cause the bank refused to reverse. That person used all my money then I opened a theft case against that person cause they used my money after I have spoken to them that it was a mistake till today then saps says the delay is on the capitec side so I want to know why are you delaying the police with what eva
This has got to be the ***est bank ever...I deposited money to the wrong account I inform the person they go ahead n use my my after I have told me it was a mistake. Then Capitec tells me to go to small claims for something a person did deliberately
Error was on ur side which shows i have errors i dont have please fix this im tired of the word escalated. Please fix this mess
I swear this bank is the worse...pass 12 months my case was being investigated now investigation is done im told in i erreas i dont have....simple thing to clear the arreas n we move on with our lives im being to every day the matter is escalated...plz dont contact me unless is to tell me the erreas have been cleared.
Took a loan with this nonsense bank an all the money was ****med before I even collect the card its been 13 months now they still not helpful and its affecting my credit score. A hate this bank all they know is we will escalate the matter and you will never hear from them
I took a loan online. the loan was approved. I got the SMS that money was in I should come collect the card. I did not even get to collect the card it was still with them when all the money was withdrawn from that account. I went to the branch and a case was open with the forensics ,that was beginning of march since from then I have never heard from them. Everytime I call they tell me they have escalated the matter again I will never hear from them till now. I went to the branch after the 1st debit was taken n told em I'm left with no choice but to change banks since Im already paying for money I ddnt get. The guy assured me I will be reimbursed they have had a situation like this n the client got their money back. I later got a SMS that my matter has been resolved. Went to the branch again showed them the SMS they told me in their system nothing has changed. M sending emails to the forensics team they read them n no response. The loan was 70 sumthing thousand now its over 100 m in arrears. How do I stop these people cause next they will blacklist me😡😡
I didn't have to follow up they kept me updated
