I am a patient person who don't like complaining but now I am really stressed. For a year now I am having battery drainage on a brand new car, and I continually get stuck with the car, due to Netstar technicians who have no idea what they doing. Once again from 17 March I was without a car for a technician, who only attended to the car on 26th March, and now both the tracker and wifi unit don't function. Call centre transfer me from pillar to post just to hear apologises and empty promises to get back to you. Netstar I have been patient , you made driving a brand new car a nightmare , cause of fear of getting stuck in random places and it's more than a year you resolved nothing.
Used Intercity Auto 3 times and was satisfied with the service. Both Cape Town and Johannesburg branches have pleasant staff and are professional. The prices are also reasonable. Highly recommend this company.
I used Peters Mini Removals twice. The recent been from Cape-town to Sandton. The service is excellent . Chrizelle was friendly and provided updates throughout the move. The driver and helpers are also pleasant. The prices reasonable. Highly recommend them.
no service at all , just get sent from pillar to post for hours on the helpline. Absolutely stressful to deal with them. Its 2 days now I am still waiting for my network to be connected.

Value Logistics is the worst courier company to deal with. My Makro order was due for delivery on 28th November it is now 5th December and I cannot get hold of anybody. I need the package for an event on 7th December. I call and get put through so many people who only tell you to hold on . You hold on for half an hour at a time until you get cut off. I have been trying for 2 days and again today since 8am this morning its now 15h20 and I am still trying. I called Makro 4 times already to intervene and they also not getting any joy. There are so many courier companies I deal with whom are efficient and professional, they even have the courtesy of taking a call. This company actually dont care about customer service, its sounding more like a ****.
I am forced to use Cybersmart becuase of the building I occupy. This company offers no service apart from Whatsapp Chat. The two contact numbers are 021 2860127 and 0640329224. Been trying for a week and no respones. Its an absolute nightmare . Communication is very important for customer service, and there is zero ways of communicating with them. If they want to live up to the name Cybersmart, they must make drastic change to improve their services, if we were not forced to use their services they would have no business. Body Corporates forcing us to pay money to this company for little to no services should also be held responsible for the non service.
