Good afternoon.I made use of the pathetic courier service Petals Express to courier a washing machine for me from Springbok to Cape Town.Today it's 8 days.We found out that it's lost.No communication from them.When we contacted them we were told that they will sort it out.I contacted every possible channel.My sister was told by the Managing Director Ewan Swart that he will sort it out and told her to stop sending him messages..I contacted by sending qoutes.I told the Operations Manager that I will take them to social media.Im shocked by the way the Directing Manager can speak to a client like this one did.I have a screenshot of his response to me.Disgusted.I will gladly post it to you .He know want to know if I have insurance. I was already told insurance included in the payment.told me he is helping me.Its his job to do it.To get my machine or to pay me back.How can you speak to a client like that.And I have proof I screenhotted the chats with me and my sister.Opened a theft case as well.I called it theft cause they picked the machine up and it never reached me.On a site note the only person that spoke in a professional way was Cheslin.I think he tried to get me off his back by doing what he did.But I will definitely take this to the highest level I can
