My unit got disconnected in January, I have since called 3 times in 1 month to try and get a technician to come and look at my unit and everytune Im told that a the hnician will be in contact. It been almost 2 months and Im still waiting for a call. When I need the device to be installed I got feedback within 3 days but now that I'm paying for the unit Im constantly the one calling and getting no help yet every month I must pay for a unit that's inactive!!!!
I received excellent service from Michael. He was friendly and very efficient
I have no complaints about my insurance except for the fact that every year my insurance supposedly has to increase even though I know Im a low risk driver.
