Bought paella both very strong meant to be lemon and herb but instead recieved hot and burnt dried chicken...pedros then expected us to come back with the food for proof to show them even after showing them pictures we get back the next day and still no compensation for waiting and no solution to the issue..we live in vanguard and had to drive up and down twice to psychically come into store to explain to management about the poor quality of food recieved then having them turn us back to collect food at home to bring as proof but the pictures are clear according to them they needed to taste and see the food psychically...pathetic they don't care about the image of there brand or customer service...definitely would not recommend this branch..Management have no management skills have no sense of making sure customers are satisfied after complaints.
My husband called to make a payment arrangement they then sent him a statement but no letter with terms amd conditions to the payment plan in a letter form its been almost for weeks still awaiting a manager to call back with regards to emailing a payment plan letter,these poeple are unprofessional and have no way of speaking to poeple one employee even threw the phone down in my husband's face they then also started avoiding his calls as they could see his number calling this is utterly disturbing and this is capitec's attorneys that they hand over there debt to wich is the most unprofessional attorneys I've ever dealt with I would like someone to Call me from this company as I have alot to say with regards to this matter 0813772162
